MyPloxora respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains our DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) policy and how to submit takedown requests.

1. Copyright Policy

By posting content on MyPloxora, you confirm that:

2. Reporting Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on MyPloxora without permission, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

2.1 Required Information

Your takedown notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone)
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
  3. The URL of the content on MyPloxora you believe is infringing
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  7. Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may file a counter-notification.

3.1 Counter-Notice Requirements

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  4. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of a Federal Court in your district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature
â„šī¸ Process: After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, your content may be restored.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
