Every MyPloxora creator has a digital wallet that stores earnings from gifts, exclusive content, and challenge prizes. Your wallet balance is real money you can withdraw to your bank account.

How Money Gets Into Your Wallet

• Gifts from readers: When someone sends you a gift (₦50-₦10,000)
• Exclusive content unlocks: When readers pay to unlock your premium content
• Challenge prizes: When you win or place in weekly challenges
• Series subscriptions: When readers unlock episodes in your series

Checking Your Balance

1 Go to Wallet

Click "Wallet" in your Creator Dashboard navigation.

2 View Balance

See your current balance, pending withdrawals, and total lifetime earnings.

3 Review Transactions

Check transaction history to see all incoming and outgoing money.

How to Withdraw Money

1 Meet Minimum Amount

You must have at least ₦2,000 in your wallet to withdraw.

2 Add Bank Account

If you haven't already, add your Nigerian bank account details:

• Bank name
• Account number
• Account name (must match your verified ID)

3 Request Withdrawal

Navigate to Wallet → Withdraw and:

• Enter the amount you want to withdraw
• Confirm your bank details
• Submit the request

4 Wait for Processing

Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. You'll receive funds directly in your bank account.

Transaction History

Your wallet shows all transactions:

• Deposits: Gifts received, challenge winnings
• Withdrawals: Money sent to your bank
• Refunds: Any refunded transactions
• Fees: Platform fees deducted

Security Tips

• Enable 2FA: Protect your account with two-factor authentication
• Use strong password: Make it unique and complex
• Verify emails: Only trust emails from @myploxora.com
• Don't share details: Never give your password to anyone
• Monitor activity: Check wallet regularly for unauthorized transactions

Common Issues

Withdrawal Pending Too Long

Contact support if withdrawal takes more than 72 hours.

Bank Details Incorrect

Update your bank details in Settings → Payment Info.

Minimum Not Met

Keep creating content to reach the ₦2,000 minimum withdrawal threshold.
